What is Magnetite?

Magnetite is iron oxide and one of the most naturally occurring magnetic minerals on Earth. It is a mineral that is anchoring and rooting.

What are the health benefits of Magnetite?
Magnetite is prescribed to patients for restlessness, anxiety, certain types of insomnia, and tremors. It is also used to treat dizziness or vertigo in certain situations. It has been traditionally used to treat childhood convulsions caused by fear. Magnetite is also prescribed for hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), visual impairment, and for certain cases of chronic asthma.

How do I prepare Magnetite to get the health benefits?

Magnetite is usually prepared in the following way: first it is fired, dipped in vinegar, and then crushed to powder. Dosage range is 9 to 20 grams. It should generally be cooked 30 minutes before adding other herbs to the decoction. Good quality magnetite is dark grey or black and attracts iron.
