What is Plum Kernel?
Plum kernel is the dried inner kernel of plums, or what is known in Eastern medicine as the Chinese dwarf cherry. The kernel is pressed from the pit of the plum, and its scent and flavor is similar to almonds. The oil of the kernel is used in desserts, sauces, and salad dressings.

What are the health benefits of Plum Kernel?
