There are many ideas of what the perfect breakfast is. I usually have a blended protein drink. What do you think is the best breakfast and what should be in my protein drink?
A: I usually have a warm cereal mix that I make myself consisting of various grains, beans, and some special herbs, including poria, cooked overnight so that it becomes a nice warm porridge. Then I add a good mixture of various berries, especially blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in season, some soy milk, and honey. Sometimes I add apples or mandarin. You may consider these in addition to the protein powder, or add the powder into the porridge just before eating.
