Learn from your family history and research the things that triggered these conditions, looking especially at life habits, eating habits, and stressors. Then simply avoid these. Assume a well-balanced, heart-helping, and health-conscious nutrition. Get a good amount of exercise, and don’t smoke, drink, or stress yourself. Above all, remain optimistic.
